Just have to share this recent article. Caregiving is such an important topic, and so many people find themselves in this situation at some point in their lives. It’s often the most meaningful and important work a person will do. And, often it’s the most difficult, isolating and unsupported work we will do. I’ve been there. Many of you have been, are, or will be there too.
Rob Lowe makes the point about how self-care is critical. I agree emphatically.
